Returns & 30-Day Guarantee Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Bohemian King’s. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
🛡️ First-Time Buyer Guarantee
If this is your first purchase with The Bohemian King’s and you’re not completely satisfied with your results, you may return your beard dye — even if opened or partially used — within 30 days for a full refund.
This risk-free guarantee applies only to first-time buyers and is limited to one refund per customer.
Eligibility for Standard Returns
For returning customers, our standard returns policy applies:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used beard dye products (except under the First-Time Buyer Guarantee).

You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Stubble Use – Our beard dyes are formulated for established beard hair with a minimum length of 1 cm. As very short stubble cannot fully absorb the natural pigments, our performance commitment does not extend to stubble use.
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking charge of up to 25% on certain returns, particularly on discounted multi-pack orders.
📦 Delivery, Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
We ship via registered postal services to ensure tracking and delivery confirmation.
If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel cannot be delivered (for example: no answer at the address, collection required, customs contact request, or incorrect/incomplete address provided), the parcel may:

Be held at a local sorting office or postal collection point for a limited period, or

Be returned to us in Ireland.
When a parcel is returned due to non-collection, refusal, failure to respond to local postal notices, or incorrect/incomplete address details provided at checkout:

We reserve the right to refund the product value only.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the delivery service was fulfilled and a delivery attempt was made.

Any third-party postal or customs charges incurred are non-refundable.
If the parcel is returned to us, the return process through international postal networks can take up to 30 business days.
If a customer wishes for the parcel to be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
We strongly recommend customers monitor tracking updates and contact their local postal office promptly if a delivery attempt notice is issued.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@thebohemiankings.com with your order number.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned products must remain unopened and sealed to qualify under this right.
If delivery was attempted and the parcel was not collected or accepted, this does not invalidate your statutory rights — however, shipping costs remain non-refundable where the delivery service was completed and attempted.
