Order cancellations
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, you may request a cancellation through the link above. If accepted, we will refund the eligible order amount, including any delivery charge paid.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the last item in your order.

Returns of sealed cosmetic and personal care products
Our beard dye products are cosmetic/personal care products supplied in sealed foil pouches for hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons.
Eligible products may be returned under the EU right of withdrawal provided they are unopened, unused, and the original seal remains intact.
Once a sealed pouch has been opened or unsealed after delivery, the product may no longer be suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons. In those circumstances, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Delivery and return postage
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the standard delivery charge paid for the original order.
If you selected premium, express, or upgraded delivery, we will only refund the amount equivalent to our standard delivery option.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.
First-Time Buyer Guarantee
Our First-Time Buyer Guarantee is separate from your statutory consumer rights.
If this is your first purchase from The Bohemian King’s and you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery.
This guarantee applies once per customer and to your first order only. Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the guarantee applies to the product price only and does not include original delivery charges, upgraded shipping charges, return postage, customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by third parties.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
