Complete a patch test at least 48 hours before every application.
Step 2
Apply the Colour Base
Use the included Beard Dye Colour Base as directed, particularly on resistant grey or white hair.
Step 3
Apply your chosen shade
Mix at approximately one part powder to three parts warm water and follow the enclosed timing guidance.
Step 4
Rinse and allow to develop
Rinse with warm water only. Avoid shampoo for 24 hours and oils for 36 hours.

Is Bohemian Kings beard dye made without PPD and ammonia?
Yes. The formula is made without PPD or ammonia. A 48-hour patch test is still required before every application because natural ingredients can also cause sensitivity.
Will it completely cover every grey or white hair?
Coverage varies by beard texture and starting colour. Resistant white or coarse hairs may need repeated applications over several days. The aim is natural-looking coverage rather than a flat, uniform block of colour.
How long does the colour take to develop?
The initial result is visible after rinsing, but the shade can continue to deepen over the next 24–48 hours as it oxidises.
Can I use it on short stubble?
No. We recommend a beard length of at least 1 cm. Very short stubble does not provide enough hair for reliable application and colour development.
How quickly do you dispatch EU orders?
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Irish bank and public holidays. Please allow one working day for handling. Delivery time depends on the destination and local postal network.
